LABROT SIGNS JAMES BURKE NEW ORLEANS, La., March 19. Acting for S. W. Labrot, William Irvine is taking a contract on James Burke, who rode in splendid form here. The agreement drawn up today will be signed before Irvine leaves for his employers Holly Beach Farm, near Annapolis, Md., tomorrow and Burke will report to the stable in Maryland.
