j KULINGS OF STEWARDS NEW ORLEANS, La., March 19. Sidney Trinchard, jockey, today was ruled off the course for practices detrimental to the best interests of racing by the stewards of the Louisiana Jockey Club. Jockey V. Roussell, who was denied the privilege of accepting mounts pending investigation of his ride oa Vanquish several weeks ago, leaves here in good standing, according to announcement by the stewards.
