DOMINANT MISS moved up fast through the first quarter and, drawing into a long lead on the turn, maintained good speed and won easily. DUSKY LASS, also greatly improved her position on the stretch turn, but tired near the end. CYNARA, away well, closed fast. MISS CAMERON was on the inside in the stretch. BONNIE MARITA lost ground. PATRICIA GREY showed speed, but quit badly after three-eighths. NEST EGG lost her rider before going a quarter. TERRY LASS, placed outside the machine, wheeled at the start. DIS DAT saved much ground in the early stages, responded gamely when hard urged in the final five-sixteenths and, wearing ~ down I PASS, drew clear, but tired. DYAK went to the outside in the final quarter and closed resolutely. I PASS showed good speed, but tired after five-eighths. PALATINE worked his way clear of interference, saved ground on the stretch turn and withstood the drive gamely. DREAMY BELLE drew into command approaching the final eighth, but was not good enough. MEROVECH showed good speed. CHATVVINK had no mishaps. INFINETTE began slowly. JANE BOGGESS quit badly. ZELLEEN had little chance due to crowding. TOWN LIMIT dropped out of it on the turn, came again entering the stretch, then tired. BEST MAN, crowded back leaving the back stretch, was outrun thereafter. The latter showed good speed, was well rated, failed to withstand the winner and, quitting, just lasted for second place. STREET SINGFZR lost ground, withstood the drive gamely and was going well in the closing stages. RIDGEVIEW showed a good performance.
