WINGFIELD AT BAINBRIDGE CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 17.— G. R. "Buddy" Wingfield, starter who performed so efficiently in New Orleans and Florida last winter and who served at Bainbridge last season, checked in and will be ready with the Waite gate by Thursday for advance schooling. His assistants are Jack Hennessey, "Meat" Ryan, Al Duzac and Ed Presse. The Waite gates are on the grounds. Ray Brysons assistants have begun assembling the odds board.
