FOUR HAUGHTON-HORSES SOLD HOMEWOOD, 111., June 15 Only four of the ten horses Edward Haughton offered at public sale in the Washington Park paddock today found new owners. They were Prose and Poetry, Wotan, Comstockery and Wee B., and the five-year-old Prose and Poetry brought the top price of ,700, which amount Benny Creech gave for the son of Omar Khayyam. M. Goldblatt got Wotan for ,600, while the Carr Brothers paid ,300 for Comstockery, and H. Stearns gave ,000 for Wee B. Houghton bought in Bill Looney, Black Comet, Chokoloskee, Jane Packard, Sand-wrack and Remuneration.
