DORVAL ELECTS OFFICERS MONTREAL, Que., Nov. 9. Although there is doubt about the policy that will be pursued next season, the annual meeting of the Dorval Park Jockey Club was held today and the directorate named for the coming season. E. C. St. Pere, M. P., is the new president. J. B. Baillargeon was elected vice-president; Joe Cattarinich, managing director; Leo Dandurand, treasurer, and Jules Dugal, secretary. These five comprise the board of directors. An operating loss for the past season was reported and it was announced that no definite plans had been made for 1933. A meetings is likely to be held Thursday, when active steps will be taken toward the formation of the Quebec Racing Association, to include the Montreal and Ottawa courses. T. J. Gorman, manager of the Connaught Park course at Ottawa, will represent that track.,
