COVINGTON AT LOUISVILLE LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 9. Among the early arrivals from Latonia is W. D. "Butch" Covington, who took up his old quarters at Douglas Park with his three-year-old Side Step and four home-bred yearlings of Mrs. George B. Cox of Cincinnati. Covington lost his good plater, Judge Lued-ers, by the claiming route at the summer meeting at Latonia, but he feels that the horse was well sold, as he is strictly a fast track horse and the soft going at Latonia would have been against his chances of winning purses during the present session at the Covington oval.
