SUSPEND CARROLL FOR 60 DAYS CICERO, 111., May 13.— The stewards issued the following ruling Saturday immediately after the first race: "Jockey W. Carroll was suspended for sixty days for rough riding and grabbing in the first race." Carroll had the mount on Marabou.
