DECIDE ON LATER POST TIME CHARLES TOWN W Va June 14 Be ¬ ginning Saturday June 16 post time for the first race at Charles Town will be at 230 p m The change in post time was made at the request of numerous patrons in both Baltimore and Washington This schedule which will continue for the remainder of the meeting will enable patrons to leave both Baltimore and Washington thirty minutes later than heretofore There will be twenty five minutes intermission between the run ¬ ning of each race which will enable race ¬ goers to leave the course at 5 oclock and reach home in ample time for dinner Begin ¬ ning Saturday the special race trains will leave Baltimore at 1125 and Washington at 1230 p m The railroad fair includes admission to the grounds
