OVER 15,000 AT -OMAHA OMAHA, Neb., May 30. More than 15,000 persons jammed their way into the Ak-Sar-TSen track this afternoon to velcome the return of horse racing to Nebraska and were provided with some thrilling sport despite the fact that a heavy track prevailed. Ideal weather, the first enjoyed by Oma-hans in several weeks, prevailed, and the enthusiasm of tho patrons was quite pronounced. Tho Hotel Greetcrs Handicap, over a distance of six furlongs, resulted in a noso finish, with tho decision .going to E. Itobino-witz eolorbenr, Black Peter, over "R, L. James Carbon. Royal Pride held on to be adjudged third.
