JAMAICA TURF NOTES s and John Hay Whitney visited Belmont Park Tuesday to witness his two-year-olds work. Mrs. C. V. Whitney journeyed to Belmont Park to witness Red Rain breeze an easy mile. At private terms R. A. Smith, acting for the Brookmeade Stable, sold to J. Mahoney a two-year-old filly by Son o John Diana Mullins. Mrs. H. C. Phipps was a paddock visitor Tuesday afternoon. Parker and Mrs. Corning were among the early arrivals to witness their Merrymaker race in the opener. K. Knott signed up with the stable of Mrs. C. O. Iselin and reported to trainer Ray Waldron. Moe Simon and W. Zakoor are recent arrivals at Jamaica with their horses.
