BOXHOLDERS FOR 62ND KENTUCKY DERBY LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 2.— Patrons of the turf from almost all walks of life and including innumerable nationally prominent personages are among boxholders for the sixty-second Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs tomorrow. The list of boxholders is a veritable blue book of the American turf, as, with only a few exceptions, the names of virtually every prominent owner and breeder of thoroughbreds in this country and Canada appear in it.
