MART VOLUME DROPS Trading on the Chicago Stock Exchange it was announced Friday. There were 1,435,-000 shares exchanged during April, in comparison with 1,626,000 shares for the month of March. Volume of trading for the year to April 30 totaled 8,239,000 shares, compared with 2,151,000 for the like period in 1935.
