JOCKEY E. FATOR SUSPENDED NEW YORK, N. Y., May 22. For carrying out instructions detrimental to the best interests of racing in consequence of which he restrained the two-year-old gelding, Addis during the running of the first race, jockey Elmer Fator was suspended by order of the stewards, and his case referred to The Jockey Club for further action. E. R. Moran, trainer of Addis, also was suspended and his case referred to The Jockey Club with the recommendation that his trainers licence bo revoked.
