HAWTHORNE TURF NOTES t $ . s Additions to the western division of the E. R. Bradley stable here under trainer William Hurley are expected from Idle Hour Farm. They will number about six, bringing to eighteen the number under Hurleys charge. Thomas C. Worden, Chicago turf patron and owner of one of the largest stables here, made an inspection of his horses Thursday morning. As active head of the Thoroughbred Horse Owners and Trainers Association Mr. Worden is one of the busiest turfmen in this section. M. D. Livingston, with the horses owned by Mrs. L. J. Remm and F. Umbdenstock, has secured stalls at Hawthorne. Under another ruling of the state racing commission, to be in force at Hawthorne, the reports of all three patrol judges must be in the hands of the stewards before the result of any race, regardless of how cleanly run, may be made official. The reports of the patrol judges will be telephoned to the stewards.
