BELMONT PARK NOTES f $ ; C. H. Knebelkamp has engaged H. C. Riddle to train his stable, which is headed by King Saxon Joseph E. Widener, George D. Widener, Walter M. Jeffords and George H. Bull, of the committee on starting appointed by The Jockey Club last December to study that problem, met at The Jockey Club, Thursday morning. Since it is likely that The Jockey Club will adopt their findings, the metropolitan race-going public may expect to see two-year-olds starting from the Australian barrier next year. Abner H. Breedon, a veteran valet employed at various tracks throughout the country for the past twenty years, was killed Wednesday while motoring from Maryland to Belmont. Funeral services will be held at Fairchild s funeral parlors, Lefferts Avenue, Brooklyn, Friday.
