HEAD FIELD FOR EPSOM OAKS Special Cablegram. LONDON, England, May 22. Twenty-three three-year-old fillies remain eligible to start in the Epsom Oaks, which will be run over the Derby course of one mile and a half at Epsom Downs next Friday. Heading the list of candidates are Tide-Way and Feola, owned by King Edward but which arc racing under the black and white silks of Lord Derby during the period of court mourning. The former, a daughter of Fairway Drift, and the latter, a daughter of Friar Marcus Aloe, finished first and second, respectively, in the One Thousand Guineas at Newmarket on May 1 last. Feola previously won the Easter Plate at Kempton Park. Many of the other starters in the One Thousand Guineas also are pointing for the Oaks,
