Plenty of room available i Space for All Who Want to See Ken-tucky Derby Reserve Seats, However, Not Available. LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 7 The policy of the Churchill Downs management to pro-,vide room for all who wish to attend the Kentucky Derby still being In force, racing fans need not be apprehensive about getting Into that local track on the day Americas .premier race is renewed this year, though they may hot be among those lucky enough to hold reserved seats. The capacity of the Downs never has been .reached and this year there will be more room than ever before. While providing more space for patrons, Col. Matt J. Winn, jpresident of the track, is relieving pressure pt crowding in the main betting enclosure py installing mutuel wickets on the second floor of the new grandstand addition. Patrons occupying seats or boxes in the jgrandstand section will use the new betting pavilion. t Work on the new section of the grandstand is hearing completion and several Jbther of the numerous Improvements will be .finished this week.
