TRAINER FINED AND HIS HISHORSE HORSE SUSPENDED NEW YORK N Y May 5 Trainer Rich ¬ ard Pollard was fined 100 for violation of the New York claiming rule 170 which for ¬ bids starting a horse elsewhere for thirty days after date of claim The horse Cold Breeze was suspended for the remainder of the meeting and ten additional days by the Jamaica stewards with the recommendation that the stewards of The Jockey Club con ¬ tinue the suspension of the filly for a total of thirty days Cold Breeze was claimed from Geo D Widener at Jamaica on April 26 out of the first race by Mrs Paul A Shaw for 2000 and was started again for her new owner by trainer PollarU in the secondrace of cMay at NaWagknsett Park
