Racing Board Approves Lincoln Fields Officials OfficialsHamilton Hamilton Head and McMeekin To Serve in Stewards Stand StandOfficials Officials who will serve during the 30 day Lincoln Fields meeting which will be held at the Hawthorne course this season were approved by the Illinois Racing Board at its meeting held Tuesday TuesdayPractically Practically the same capable staff that presided at the Crete course last season will be back again to work the transplanted session William A Hamilton will repre ¬ sent the Illinois Racing Board in the stand and with him will be C Bruce Head and Sam H McMeekin The latter two at present are serving in similar capacities at Churchill Downs while Hamilton is repre ¬ senting the board at the present Sports ¬ mans Park meeting All three have earned high reputations in the field of racing for the manner in which they conduct their offices officesThe The familiar Larry Bogenschutz H B Lindenberger and W R Duke Dahl strorri will return as placing judges The former two are doing similar work at Churchill Downs while Dahlstrom is en ¬ gaged in the same capacity at Sportsmans Park ParkCliff Cliff Sanford who is clerk of thescales at the Louisville track will hold down the same post when the Lincoln Fields season gets under way May 17 The three patrol judges will be Ray Hoertz Cliff Huffnagle and George Molesworth while popular James T Clark willbe at his regular pad ¬ dock judge post postReuben Reuben White will be back again as starter a position he has held for some time at Lincoln Fields as well as Keene land and Churchill Downs William Cun ¬ ningham will be the official timer and E A Weidekamp manager of the mutuels Tom Young the very capable track super ¬ intendent with the multitudinous duties will serve in the same capacity again this year Young handles the same post at Churchill Downs
