HBPA May Hold National Convention in Chicago ChicagoPAWTDCKET PAWTDCKET R I May 5 Maj Tom McCreery national presi ¬ dent of the Horsemens Benevolent Protective Association came over from New York yesterday to confer with the committee members of the New England division The purpose of the meeting was to set in motion machinery for a national convention of the BPA to be held in Chi ¬ cago shortly when the bylaws and constitution of the association will be amended to give a national board of directors jurisdiction over all branches branchesThe The HBPA has branches in New England New York Maryland Flor ¬ ida Louisiana Arkansas Ohio and the Chicago and St Louis districts
