Mrs. S. Burch to Race Stable HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 22.— Mrs. Selby Burch, widow of the late Selby Burch who was among the countrys better conditioners eight or 10 years back, is going to race a modest string at Delaware Park with Jack W-lch in charge of the stable. She has purchased the horses Seabees and I Believe from Harry Isaacs of the Brookfield Farm as a start on her stable. Selby Burch, shortly before his death, handled Mrs. Edward Friendly s Jacola when that filly defeated Seabiscuit in the Laurel Mile.
