Illinois Notes LINCOLN FIELDS, at Hawthorne, Cicero, 111., May 25. H. C. Dodson, trainer for the Mrs. A. Sabath stable, says he will start the good two-year-olds filly, Say Blue, next in the Pollyanna Stakes on June 29 at Arlington Park. Sammies Image, owned by A. 8. Hig-gins, was subjected to the firing irons this morning by Dr. G. B. McKillip. Miss Jo Cunningham purchased Devils Crag from Mr. and Mrs. Monte Weil and turned the nine -year-old gelding over to T. F. Maloney to train. Henry Louden was an arrival from Churchill Downs with eight horses belonging to J. C. Stone. Dr. M. F. Kent, veterinarian representing the Illinois Racing Board, has added the name of the sprinter, Topic, to the "vets" list here. Others who wont be allowed to race until passed by Dr. Kent are Alan F., Shinemup, Twixt, Hickory Jim, Brown Dame, Holdall, Whosaidit, Short Life, Bud West, Time Buyer, Skip Level, and Tetra-fire. , Mrs. Robert D. Jackson, wife of the local owner and trainer, departed for Logan, 111., I where she will visit with her husbands parents. Fred P. Aime left for New Orleans where ; he hopes to recuperate from an illness which has been plaguing him. J. Simon and R. Wilkinson dissolved i their partnership, with the former purchasing full interest in Time Up and Ma-dill. They will be trained by E. S. Janicki. H. C. Dodson, acting for Mrs. A. Sabath, engaged in a horse trade with the Lom-bardo Stable, when he disposed of Charles Hatton and added Keenan to his barn. Former owner, trainer and Jockey Willie Fronk has been here since the opening of the meeting after obtaining his discharge from the Marines.
