Winn Due Back Today HAWTHORNE, Cicero, HI., May 25.— Col. Matt J. Winn, executive director of Lincoln Fields, Inc., will return from Kentucky Monday. Winn spent the last few days at Churchill Downs, where, with Tom Young, his track superintendent, and architects, he made plans for an expansion program at the track for next years Kentucky Derby.
