Pintor to Seek Peter Pan PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 15. — Montpeliers Pintor, who was beaten in a photo by Jampol in the Preakness Prep, came out of that engagement in good condition and will be sent to New York to run in the Peter Pan Handicap at Belmont, according to trainer D. K. Kerr, Jr. If he runs well in the Peter Pan he will be started in the Belmont Stakes. Kerr believes Pintor still is in the developing stage and that he will improve as the summer moves along. Pintor later will be campaigned at the Delaware Park meeting.
