Confers With HBPA Officials CR AN WOOD PARK, Warrensville Heights, Ohio, May 15.— Thomas F. She-han, editor of the Horsemans Journal, the official publication of the HBPA, arrived from Fort Miami this morning and was in conference with S. Bullick, P. A. Morah and F. Grimes who is vice-president of the organization for this division. Shehan is also an advisor to the board of public relations of the horsemens outfit.
