Leeling Continues to Lead Jockeys at Ak-Sar-Ben AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 7. Wendell Leeling, the Harrison, Nebr., rider, has widened the margin in the jockey race now being staged at the Ak-Sar-Ben meeting. After 14 days of the Omaha meeting, Leeling leads the rider pack with 16 wins, six seconds and ten thirds. Under Ak-Sar-Bens point-award system, which credits six points for riding a winner, two for a second and one for a third, Leeling now has a total of 118 points; Closest to Leeling are Ernest Mower of Harrisville, R. I., and John Bellino, Wal-senburg, Colo., who are tied for second with 67 points. Next in order are Charles W. lies, 65; Fritz Becker, 59; Celestino Dominguez, 55; Richard Moore, 54; Eugene Curry, 51; Victor Bovine, 46 and Duane Sterling, 44.
