Pair Costa, Lulu Perez NEW YORK, N. Y., May 3.— U.P.— The International Boxing Club announced today that Carmelo Costa and Lulu Perez, two leading featherweight challengers from Brooklyn, will meet at Madison Square Garden, May 27, in a nationally televised and broadcast 10 -round bout. President Jim .Norris of the I.B.C. also announced that middleweights Paddy Young of New York and Billy McNeese of Central Islip, N. Y., will meet in a 10-round bout the following Friday night, June 3, at; the Garden.
