Hill, Rookie of the Year, In Bear Fold Again This Season By the United Press Harlon Hill, who became a star pass catching end with the Chicago Bears in his rookie year in the National Football League, will return to the club this season, it has been announced. Earlier, Hill had expected to be called to active duty with the Army. However, he obtained a reserve commission and will not be ordered to report until after this falls campaign. Hill was voted Rookie of the Year last fall and also won a spot on the All-League team. He caught 45 passes for 1,124 yards and 12 touchdowns, turning in a better rookie-year record than that of Don Hut-son. He also led the Bears in scoring with 72 points.
