i I I a , 1 s y , y s DOCTOR DIES AT PROBE MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., June 22.— Dr. Richard Sitar, 37 years of age, drank some liquid from a vial and dropped dead as a result. This occurred in his office and in the presence of a federal narcotics agent. The government man, H. E. Anderson, told police that the medical man drank his death drink immediately after he had told him who he was. .
