BANDITS GET ,107 PAYROLL Three officials and eight employes of the Davel Manufacturing Company, located at 200 S. Peoria St., were held up early Friday by two masked armed bandits, who escaped with the companys payroll of ,107. All those in the office, including A. S. Douglas, president, and D. Helfendein, vice-president, were made to line against the wall, while the robbers proceeded to relieve William Shafran, the cashier, of the money. a
