Jim Lilly Passes Away CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky.. May 4. — Jim Lilly, well-known Louisville Times sports -writer, passed away this afternoon in General Hospital at 3:50 pjn. Lilly succumbed to injuries sustained in an auto crash April 27, in which a companion was killed outright. Funeral arrangements are to be announced tomorrow.
