Bogenschutz Witnesses Derby CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 6. — Lawrence C. Bogenschutz, a former racing secretary and handicapper at the Derby oval and now the new director of racing at Fairmount Park, motored from his Cincinnati home for the three-year-old classic. Bogenschutz was accompanied by his wife and daughters, Mary Lee and Sue Ann.
