The Supreme Court Wednesday afternoon granted a rehearing to the Deluiar Jockey Club, which was fined ,000 and the charter of which was declared forfeited by a lower court a mouth ago. This was in the ouster pro-, ceedings brought by Attorney-General Uadley against the Deluiar Jockey Club to oust it from the state on grounds that it was running in violation of the law by permitting betting on horse racing;
