BONNIE STAR IS INSURED FOR !JG,000. Catesby Woodford has placed with the Lloyds, of London, 1906.sh,000 insurance for .",0 days on the chestnut yearling filly Bonnie Star, by Star Shoot Bonnie Blue II., by Hindoo, which was shipped Tuesday, with 33 other yearling colts and fillies, from Raceland Stud, Paris, Ky., to New York City, to be sold at Sheepshead Bay on June 20. Bonnie Star is said to be the best-looking foal ever dropped by Bonnie Blue II., though the latter has dropped such turf stars as Blue Girl, Blues and Blue Ribbon. She is also the first filly yet raised at Raceland Farm which was ever honored by being given a name by her breeder in her yearling form. She is the same color as Blue Girl, a chestnut, arid larger, more sightly and handy than was Mr. Whitneys great mare at the same age. Mr. Woodford bought from D. G. Taylor in the last few days the latter interest in the bay filly . by Sir Dixon Gray iockV by Stratford; thebay coif by Rainbow Lady Premier, by Prince of Monaco, and the bay filly by Mazagan Aunt Jennie, by King Alfonso, so the two carloads shipped cast are all his property.
