"LUCKY" BALDWIN IS AGAIN ILL. Dispatches from Winnipeg, Manitoba, say E. J. Baldwin, the noted California turfman, is seriously 111 at Fort Rouge. He has been there for two months. His trouble is a disease of the heart. His physicians, it Is said, have forbidden the presence of any one save his nurse, fearing that the slightest agitation might prove harmful. A message from Los Angeles confirms the dispatches from Winnipeg as to the aged horsemans condition and says that his friends in California are really alarmed.
