POLITICAL CLUB IS NAMED FOR RYE. New York, August 1. The gallant little racehorse Rye has been honored aad Immortalized by having a big political organization on the Bowery named after him. There is no record of any other horse having brought home the money so regularly and in such large chunks as this diminutive Greenan three-year-old. It is no exaggeration to say that a certain Tammany clique headed by "Big Tim" Sullivan have wagered as much as 00,000 on him in a single race and that the aggregate of the bets on this wonderful bread-winner since the Jamaica meeting in May does not fall short of one million dollars.
