DEATH OF "POSSUM" WALKER. Hamilton, Out., September 20. At the General Hospital, yesterday, Wes Walker, a well known character on the turf, died of Brights Disease. Walker was better known to turfmen all over the country as "Possum." He was employed by Virginia Bradley for years and had charge ,of Robert Waddell, Boney Boy, Blitzen and other horses that the Virginia turfman raced. Walker had been employed by G. E. Dudley for the past year as trainer. His body was shipped by his employer this morning to Charles City, Virginia, for interment.
