HAMILTON FIELDS CUT TO TWELVE. Hamilton, Ont., September 2G. The Hamilton Jockey Club has decided to restrict the size of the fields in future and the limit has been placed at twelve. This will do away with a lot of the crowding and interference which occurred in the races on.i the opening day.
