EASTERN STAKE RACING THIS WEEK. Ten stake races will be run at Aqueduct in the course of the -week beginning tomorrow, the Wood-mere Stakes for three-year-olds and over being the first to be run. This is a dash of seven furlongs and will be decided tomorrow afternoon. The names of the probable starters are published today. Three good stakes will be run off Tuesday, the Bushwlck Steeplechase, Babylon Handicap for two-year-olds, and Election Day Handicap for all ages. The Bushwlck Is over a jumping course of about two miles, Thlstledale, Ilerculoid, Mr. McCann, Jimmy Lane, Grandpa, Delcanta, Garrett, Dulclan, Sinister, Maximilian, Gus Straus, Judge OGin, Ben Shaw and Sunglow showing prominently among the nominations. The Babylon Is at three-quarters, Spooner, Royal Tourist, Falcada, Running Account, Restigouche, Nimbus, Halket, Lady AVinifred, Live Wire, Dorante, Half Sovereign and Rialto are among the eligibles. The Election Day Handicap is a dash of a mile and an eighth, with many good horses nominated, the names of Nealon, Ballot, Glorifier, Brookdale Nymph, Tileing, Gretna Green, Gold Lady; Right Royal, Faust, Blue Book, Miss Crawford, Temaceo, Tourenne, McCarter, Cairngorm, Ironsides, Dolly Spanker, Rye, Far West and Bedouin holding out promise of a good race. The Bellerose Stakes, for two-year-olds, at three-quarters, under selling conditions, is set for decision Wednesday. It has forty-four entries, of which Spooner, The Squire, Single Stone, Frizette, James B. Brady, Master Robert, Wave Crest, .Arasee, King Cobalt, Chulita, Running Account, Woodlane, Sanguine, Black Mary, Bellwether, Aunt Rose and Tartar Maid have performed creditably. The stake to be run Thursday afternoon is the Bayview Handicap, at seven furlongs, for all ages. In this among others nominated are such fast horses as Faust, Keator, Sewell, Security, Kentucky Beau, Dreamer, Ben Ban, Jacobite, Cressina, Suffrage, Veil, Glorifier, Tileing, McCarter, Spooner, Nealon, Cairngorm, Don Enrique, Rye, Bat Masterson, Baby Wolf, Brookdale Nymph and Dolly Spanker. The Glen Cove Stakes, for three-year-olds, at a mile, will be decided Friday. It is a selling race, and Sewell, Tileing, Don Creole, Momentum, Don Enrique, Adoration, Gild, Flowaway, Conville, Ramrod, Oraculum, Saracinesca and Prince Hampton appear to be the best of its nominations. Three stake races will be run Saturday, the Queensboro Steeplechase at about two miles and a half, the Oakdale Handicap for two-year-olds at three-quarters of a mile and the Edgemere Stakes for all ages, weight for age, at a mile and an eighth. . The Queensboro nominations are practically the same as those to the Bushwick. Among the entries to the Oakdale arE such useful two-year-olds as Restigouche, Half Sovereign, Fond Heart, Nimbus, Live Wire, Dorante, Halket, Lady Winifred, Rialto, Chulita, Spooner, Big Chief, Running Account, King Sol, Fancy, Royal Tourist, Beaucoup and Falcada. The Edgemere should furnish a good race, Nealon, Ballot, Glorifier, Running Water, Running Account, Brookdale Nymph, Blue Book, Faust, Kentucky Beau, Tourenne, Right Royal, McCarter, Ironsides and Bedouin being among the excellent performers eligible to start on equal terms in the weights.
