HORSE HAVENS NEW MASTER. I Lexington, Ky., December 12. William Steele yesterday purchased the lease of Perry Belmont on i the Horse. Haven Farm, belonging to the estate of E the late Hardy Durham. The lease has two years s to run. The annual rental is ,500. Mr. Steele : will move his horses; -now- at Melbourne Farm, about the first of the year. The stallion Ethelbert t has been transferred to August Belmonts Nursery r Stud, where he will stand next spring.
