KOERNER NOT ENGAGED BY CORRIGAN New Orleans, La., December 12. The report that j. Edward Corrigan lias signed C. Koerner as the rider for the stable during the winter here is not true. Koerner lias ridden a number of horses for Mr. Corrigan and his work having been acceptable, will probably be given other mounts during the winter, but not as the regular rider for the stable, only when he can make the weight, has no engagement in the raco and Mr. Corrigan wants him.
