NOTTER MAY RIDE FOR KEENE. . New York, December 12. It is reported here tonight that James R. Kecue has closed a contract with jockey Joseph Notter as the rider for the Keoiie stable next year. The contract, it is said, gives Notter a guarantee of 0,000 for first call for the season and permits Notter to accept outside mounts in races in which Mr. Kecne has not a starter. This arrangement will enable Notter, it is estimated, to earn not less than 30,000 in the saddle next year.
