TOO MUCH CUSHION AT YONKERS. New York, July 21. The consensus of expert opinion is that there is a bit too much cushion on the track at Yonkers. Matt Winn and his track superintendent put a bit too much soil on the course when they tried to make it safe before the beginning of the current meeting. The track is especially heavy close to the Inner rail, which explains the unbroken ill success of horses that seek the short route home. Horses that go to the outside have a big advantage;
