TOO MUCH CUSHION AT YONKERS. New York, July 21. The consensus of expert opinion is that there is a bit too much cushion on the track at Yonkers. Matt Winn and his track superintendent put a bit too much soil on the course when they tried to make it safe before the beginning of the current meeting.
