OTTO STIFEL MAY RE-ENTER RACING. New York. July 21. Charles E. Rowe. the western horseman who beat Hermis with Colonial Girl in the 0,000 Worlds Fair Handicap at St. Louis in 1904 and then took that good Meddler mare east with First Mason, has gone to St. Louis in response to a summons from Otto Stifel. the brewer. Stifel owned Colonial Girl when she defeated Hermis and it is understood that he wants to buy another stable of runners for Rowe. Stifel has the means wherewith to equip a tirst-class racing establishment.
