WHITNEY WINS RACE IN ENGLAND. London, Eng., July 21. Harry Payne Whitneys colors were liorne to victory in the two-year-old selling plate of 100 sovereigns, distance five furlongs, at Liverpool today, by his Ballyhoo Bey filly, "onnloso was second and the Isabelle filly was third. II. B. Thiryeas Mediant finished second, while James It. Keenes Wedding Bells and Louis Winans Edward ran unplaced in the Molyneux Plate, a handicap of 1,000 sovereigns, for three-year-olds and upward, distance five furlongs.
