MAIDEN HALF-SISTER TO CELT IS FAST. New York, July 21. Bandello, the three-year-old Kingston filly, that ran recently at Empire City, is a half-sister to Celt. She is owned by Edward R. Bradley, who says that she can run like the wind when she wills. No horse in the Bradley stable ouf-works Bandello, but when she finds herself under colors she will not extend herself. She does not appear to want to leave her company.
