Stern, whose name has loomed largely in connection with the sensational priees obtained for blood stock at Newmarket recently, has sold the colt foal by Gallinnle. which was included in the record sale of Flair for .ri,000 to George Blackwell, the trainer, for the remarkable price of .,oKI. It is understood that Blackwell was acting on behalf of Sir Ernest Cassel.
