MOVE FOR REVIVAL AT NEW ORLEANS. New Orleans. La.. August 20. What several weeks ago appeared to be an Incipient effort toward the re-establishment of horse racing in Louisiana has now been crystallized into an organized movement to bring the question of race-track lietting before the legislature the coming spring. Both the City Park and the Fair Grounds tracks are being kept in condition for the resumption of racing. The belief Is current that a vigorous effort will he made for the revival of racing in this city.
