LEXINGTONS FALL MEETING. Lexington. Ky., August 20. Vice-President Garrett I. Wilson of the Kentucky Racing Association announces that the six-day meeting to be held Iiere this fall will take place during the last week In October or the first .week in November. Bookmaking will not be allowed and pari-mutuel. machines Will be used for betting. The offer of a syndicate" of Cincinnatiaus to lease the track and conduct the meeting has been turned down. It is understood the syndicate wanted to use bookmakers.
